Astro Numerologist Sidhharrth S Kumaar joins hands with Lords University, Alwar to combat exam stress and anxiety

In a stressful time like a pandemic, people understand the need to talk about mental health. Many seminars and workshops are being held to address the issues and help people cope with them. Since schools are opening the doors for their students after a long time, students worldwide are agitated and overwhelmed. Keeping this in view, Lords University, Alwar, organized an online session on “Kick out exam stress and anxiety with the power of personalized meditation and sound therapy.”

Organized virtually, this insightful workshop was hosted by Prof (Dr) Naresh Kalra, Deputy Registrar (Research), Lords University, Alwar. Astro Numerologist and Founder of NumroVani, Sidhharrth S Kumaar, was invited as the guest speaker to address the audience.

“In this world of stress, it was a pleasure to get on board with Lords University and share the platform with Prof. Dr. Naresh Kalra to talk about how to fight exam stress and anxiety. I hope the audience takes something away from this session held today, and we can make lives better,” said Sidhharrth while talking about the session.

Dr. Naresh, who was delighted to host the online session, shared, “It was an absolute pleasure to host such an insightful session today with Sidhharrth S Kumaar. I hope we were able to bring some value to the lives of our listeners.”

Held on March 5, at 12 pm, this online workshop was free of cost, and all the attendees were facilitated with E-certificates after the session.

Sidhharrth S Kumaar has been very active in addressing such sessions and helping people fight the distress situation in the pandemic.
