She started with her singing at the chorus. In the last five decades, she got recognition for being a solo folk-singer. She has been doing 60 singing events without even charging any amount. Apart from a tremendous traditional Folk singer, she is an LLB Graduate. Mira Ben says that She got inspiration from her mother. Her mother used to do the Garba on his tunes.

Talking about her struggles, MiRa Ben said, ” I was pursuing my hobby for folk-singing side my by the side with my job. This became somewhat challenging as Garba events mostly lasted through the night. Therefore I had to rush to my workplace straight from the venue in the morning.

Subsequently, one evening, I built my confidence to quit my job and concentrate on my traditional folk singing career. With my parent’s support, I have achieved what I wished and worked for.
