Mumbai: There is a new rapper in town. Lvnesh Mohla makes his debut with a meaningful rap ‘Depression’. The Hindi hip hop track with hypnotic beats is released on the YouTube channel of Lvnesh Mohla.

Lvnesh is the grandson of known producer and Founder of Mohla Films and Seven Arts Pictures, Late. Shri Jai Gopal Mohla and nephew of Director-Producer Late Shri Madan Mohla.

Talking about his debut, Lvnesh Mohla says, “My family has made some successful Hindi films but even if I wasn’t from the film background, I would still want to be an artist. Art in any form has always fascinated me – for instance, I would also like to try my luck in acting.”

Talking about his Hindi rap ‘Depression’, Lvnesh says, “Depression is a reality with which so many of us live – knowingly or unknowingly. But the fact is that very few accept it that they are facing this situation. Though our society has started taking this issue a bit seriously, the stigma around depression still persists. My intention to bring up this song is to help people understand what people who go through depression face.”

Lvnesh Mohla has penned the lyrics of the heart-wrenching saga of depression. The music of foot-tapping Hindi hip hop is by Yoki, while the intriguing music video is directed by Himanshu Verma.

‘Depression’ is streaming on all major audio platforms including Spotify, Jio Saavn, iTunes, YouTube Music, Gaana, Apple Music, to name a few. The music video can be watched on the link below.
